The kitchen was completely remodeled with new cabinetry, updated countertops, a new backsplash, and upgraded appliances. The original pantry was removed and replaced with full-height pantry cabinets to maximize storage and improve functionality. Existing wood flooring was refinished to restore its appearance and tie the updated kitchen into the rest of the home.
The master bathroom underwent a major transformation with the removal of the existing garden tub and shower stall. A new curbless wet-room style shower and tub enclosure was constructed to create a more open, spa-like space. Vanities, countertops, and flooring were replaced, and the water closet was reframed to improve the overall layout and usability of the room.
The guest bathroom was fully updated with a tub-to-shower conversion to create a more modern and accessible layout. An existing linen closet was removed to allow for a larger vanity area, providing increased countertop space with a new vanity and quartz countertops. Floor tile was also replaced to complete the refreshed look and improve durability.
